BOOKING A COMPLAINT

You can also lodge a complaint using our website of your Stolen Mobile Phone or Damaged Laptop, or by sending a SMS or an email. Immediately after registering your complaint about your Damaged Gadget, you will get a confirmation on your registered number.
PICKUP OF DAMAGED DEVICE
After your complaint is registered, we will reach you within 8 hours refarding your Stolen Phone, Damaged Laptop or Damaged Mobile Phone * . XCellIns India Executive will collect the device from your registered address. You are requested to keep the original bill handy, as service centres may ask for the same based on their policy.
DELIVER TO THE SERVICE CENTER
Once pickup is complete, your device is taken to its respective authorised service centre. The problem is explained and appropriate actions taken. All you have to do is sit back, relax and leave the worrying to us, while you track our progress on your app or our website.
Once the Insurer approves estimate of your claim, you will be notified via your app and email.
DELIVERY OF YOUR DEVICE
Once the repairs are complete, we will pick it up from the service centre and deliver it right back to your doorstep.
